Lovely Batties, as we journey together this year you will notice what might at first seem like contradictions, with me one minute spouting off about the benefits of yoga, healthy eating, exercising, mindfulness etc. and the next it being abundantly clear that I might not be practicing what I preach. Welcome to my world, one minute striving/lurching in one direction and the next flopping down with physical, mental, emotional or spiritual exhaustion, before the next heave ho!
One thing I can promise you, I will not endorse anything that I haven’t actually tried for myself. And I am a genuine fan of all the things I endorse, I just struggle with sustaining anything for any great length of time. I’m guessing that some of you will resonate with this? Dare I say that you might actually find comfort in it? You are not alone in your floundering and all the procrastination that goes with it! If you want to be inspired by perfection this is not the blog for you, no sugar coating here, lol.
It’s great to know I’m not alone in my daily struggles, and more importantly it appears I am normal, though some might say that’s debatable 😩

Batties don’t do ‘normal’, that would be terribly boring (yawn). Your daily struggles are strengthening your wings, so you can fly faster than some of the other Batties and get first pick of the fruit, lol.
