I do hope you’ve remembered, as shallow breathing is not conducive to good flying. Goodness, you probably wouldn’t even get airborne!
So for those of you who’ve been overindulging in fruit lately, (see ‘Hello and Welcome’) it’s quite probable that your mind has had difficulty focusing on something which, let’s face it is automatic anyway! But you still need to practice good technique.
You can’t just stand poised with your wings at the ready hoping for a breeze to lift you up and set you on course. No, no, no. You need to calm yourself and focus on some lovely deep belly breaths. Then, hey presto, your mind will stop racing, clarity will prevail and you will be soaring along with your next project. So stop running round in circles and b-r-e-a-t-h-e!!
